Use the pipeline management dashboard
Review opportunities by pipeline stage, filter the board, and create or update deals from the Pipeline page.
The Pipeline dashboard shows open opportunities organized by CRM stage. Use it to inspect pipeline health, find deals that need action, and keep opportunity data current.
Open Pipeline
Go to Close → Pipeline.
If your workspace has more than one visible pipeline, choose the pipeline you want to review from the pipeline selector.
Filter the board
Use the search box to find opportunities by name, account, owner, or stage.
Use advanced filters when you need a narrower view, such as a specific owner, stage, amount range, close date, health score, or tag.
Sales leaders with team access can switch team scope to view their own pipeline, a selected team, or all visible opportunities their role allows.
Sort opportunities
Use the sort controls to change how opportunity cards are ordered inside each stage.
Common sort options include:
- Close date.
- Amount.
- Health score.
- Opportunity name.
Use ascending or descending order depending on the review you are running.
Review opportunities by stage
Each stage column represents a CRM stage in the selected pipeline. Expand or collapse stages to focus the board.
Opportunity cards include the fields needed for pipeline review, such as amount, close date, health score, owner, account, and methodology progress when available.
Create or update opportunities
Use Create Opportunity when you need to add a new deal directly from the pipeline view.
Open an opportunity card to inspect the full record, activity timeline, contacts, notes, and forecast context.
Keep the dashboard useful
For a cleaner pipeline view:
- Configure visible pipelines and stages in Settings → Configuration.
- Keep opportunity stages and close dates current.
- Map CRM fields consistently.
- Use filters during pipeline reviews instead of relying on one large all-opportunity view.
