Prioritize opportunity engagement
Use Opportunity Engagement Health to find deals that need follow-up based on recent inbound activity and scheduled meetings.
Opportunity Engagement Health helps account executives focus on open deals that may need attention. It groups opportunities by recent buyer engagement so reps can follow up before important deals go stale.
Open the dashboard card
Go to Home and find Opportunity Engagement Health.
If your workspace has multiple visible pipelines, use the pipeline dropdown to narrow the list.
Understand the categories
Opportunities are grouped by engagement status:
- Critical — deals with no recent inbound activity and no upcoming meeting.
- Needs Attention — deals that may be going quiet and should be reviewed.
- Healthy — deals with recent inbound activity or a future meeting.
These categories are based on activity signals such as emails, meetings, and scheduled follow-ups. They do not replace sales judgment; they highlight where to look first.
Review each opportunity
Each row summarizes the account, deal amount, stage, last inbound activity, outbound follow-up, and next meeting when available.
Open the opportunity to review the full context, including activity history, contacts, notes, and deal health.
Ask Genie for next steps
Use Ask Genie from an opportunity row when you want help planning follow-up.
Genie uses the opportunity name, account, amount, stage, and engagement context to suggest next actions for moving the deal forward.
Keep engagement data current
For the most useful prioritization:
- Keep CRM opportunities associated with the right account and contacts.
- Connect email, calendar, and call-recording sources when available.
- Log meaningful buyer activity in your CRM.
- Review stale deals regularly so closed or inactive opportunities do not clutter the list.
