Configure products and ICPs

Define what you sell and who buys it so GTM Engine can score accounts, guide research, and personalize automation.

Products and ideal customer profiles give GTM Engine the context it needs to understand fit. Use this setup to describe what your company sells, who each product is for, and which signals should make an account or contact relevant.

Before you start

  • Use an account with permission to manage product configuration.
  • Gather the names of the products or services you want GTM Engine to reason about.
  • Prepare the target industries, company sizes, regions, technologies, and buyer personas that matter for each product.

Open Products & ICPs

Go to Settings → Products.

This page is also linked from onboarding and setup recommendations when your workspace has not configured products yet.

Add a product or service

Create a product for each major thing your team sells or services. Keep the product name recognizable to sellers and operators because it appears in scoring, targeting, and workflow context.

For each product, describe:

  • What the product or service does.
  • The customer problem it solves.
  • The buyer personas or departments involved.
  • The strongest fit signals.
  • Any disqualifying signals or poor-fit segments.

Define the ICP

Use ICP details to describe the accounts and contacts GTM Engine should prioritize.

Common ICP fields include:

  • Target industries.
  • Company size or revenue bands.
  • Geography.
  • Technology usage.
  • Buyer titles and departments.
  • Trigger events or buying signals.

The more specific the ICP, the easier it is for account scoring, prospect research, and generated workflow content to stay relevant.

Save and use the configuration

Save the product after reviewing the details.

Once at least one product is configured, GTM Engine can use it in propensity scoring, prospect research, contact discovery, account targeting, and generated workflow content.
