Billing and plans

How plans, seats, included credits, and billing management work in GTM Engine.

Your plan sets what your organization gets each billing period: a number of seats, an allotment of included credits, and access to paid features. On top of that, your organization carries a running credit balance that everyday automation draws down. For the full breakdown of what spends credits, see Credits and usage.

What a plan includes

Every plan defines three things:

  • Seats — how many active or invited users your organization can have.
  • Included credits per month — a credit allotment that refreshes each billing period when your invoice is paid. These land in your balance automatically.
  • Feature access — paid plans unlock included field processing (health scoring, forecasting, deal gaps, MEDDIC-style scoring, and the other built-in fields) and outbound integrations.

Your current plan, balance, and usage are visible to admins and RevOps users under Settings → Organization → Billing & Usage. The Usage Detail tab separates Historical record backfill (10 credits per opportunity, contact, or account record enqueued) from Custom field backfill (10 credits per successfully processed record). Selected custom AI/Research field tasks can also produce their own AI Prompt or Research usage entries.

Free vs. paid

The Free plan is for trying GTM Engine: it has default limits and does not include the continuous out-of-the-box field processing or integration access that paid plans get.

Paid plans add:

  • Included monthly credits that refresh each billing period.
  • Free out-of-the-box field processing from your emails and transcripts.
  • Access to integrations and outbound delivery.

Seats and overage

Seats are counted from your active and invited users. If you add users beyond the seats your plan includes, those extra overage seats are billed in addition to your base plan cost. The Billing & Usage view shows occupied seats, included seats, and any overage so you can see what you're paying for.

Getting more credits

When your included monthly credits aren't enough, you can top up with one-time or recurring credit packs, or enable auto top-up so packs are purchased automatically when your balance runs low. See Getting credits for the details.

Managing billing

Billing is admin and RevOps only. From Settings → Organization → Billing & Usage, eligible users can:

  • View the current plan, credit balance, and usage breakdown.
  • Change plans and manage seats.
  • Buy credit packs and configure auto top-up.
  • Open the Stripe billing portal to update payment methods and download invoices.

If a payment fails, there's a short grace period before access degrades — resolving billing here restores full access. See Running low or out.
